Position Overview
The Sales Executive (also known as Account Manager) supports business growth by promoting Out-of-Home (OOH), Digital Media, Events, and Indoor Advertising solutions. This role focuses mainly on B2B clients (SMEs & brands) and new client acquisition. Fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome, as long as you communicate well and are willing to learn sales.
Key Responsibilities
Approach and engage B2B clients including SME business owners and brands
Introduce and present media and event advertising solutions
Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities
Build and maintain good relationships with clients
Achieve monthly sales targets
Update basic sales tracking and reports
Requirements
Fresh graduates or 0–3 years of working experience.
Must be able to communicate well in English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are an advantage.
Comfortable dealing with business clients (B2B).
Willing to do sales and meet clients.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Own transport is required.
Salary, Commission & Career Growth
Basic salary provided
Monthly sales targets with performance tracking
