Senior Sales Manager
Revenue-driven leader wanted: manage key accounts, coach the team, and grow our OOH, digital, and events business.
Position Overview
The Senior Sales Manager plays a key role in driving revenue growth while leading and supporting the sales team. This role is both hands-on and strategic, with direct responsibility for closing new business and managing key client accounts. The Senior Sales Manager promotes the company’s Out-of-Home (OOH), Digital Media, Events, and Indoor Advertising solutions, reports directly to the Head of Sales, and contributes to the overall growth of the business through strong sales execution, leadership, and market insight.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Support
Assist, guide, and support Account Managers in their daily sales activities, deal progression, and negotiations.
Coach, train, and develop Account Managers to strengthen sales capabilities and leadership skills.
Lead by example through active involvement in sales meetings, negotiations, and key account management.
Provide performance insights, sales feedback, and market observations to the Head of Sales.
Sales & Business Development
Drive revenue growth through direct ownership of key accounts and new business development.
Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities across assigned client segments.
Present and propose integrated advertising, marketing, and branding solutions tailored to client objectives.
Manage the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs as set by management.
Client Relationship Management & Customer Service
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide strategic consultation on marketing and branding solutions to address client needs.
Ensure high standards of service delivery, after-sales support, and overall client satisfaction.
Sales Strategy, Operations & Market Insights
Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance to ensure targets are achieved.
Ensure CRM systems and sales tracking tools are updated accurately and consistently.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify new opportunities.
Contribute insights and recommendations to improve sales knowledge, product offerings, and service enhancements.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising projects.
Share ideas and feedback to continuously improve sales processes and client experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in advertising, media, OOH, digital, or related sales environments.
Proven ability to drive revenue and close accounts consistently.
Experience managing the full sales cycle independently.
Background in handling business clients; exposure to larger or more complex accounts is an advantage.
Experience supporting, coaching, or guiding sales team members.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Commercially minded, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Fluent in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
Own transport is required.
